    30 days. We specialize in fully furnished monthly rentals for guests looking to settle in, not just pass through.

  • Are utilities included?

    Yes! Rent includes gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage, high-speed internet, snow plowing, and lawn care.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Possibly—depends on the pet! Tell us a bit about your furry friend in your application and we’ll let you know.

  • Is there a deposit or cleaning fee?

    Yes. First month’s rent + refundable deposit are due at booking. A one-time cleaning fee may apply depending on the length of stay.

  • Is there laundry in the unit?

    Yes, both The Downstairs Hideaway and The Upstairs Loft both have their own washer and dryer.

  • Can I receive mail or packages?

    Absolutely! You’ll have a secure mailbox and can receive deliveries like a local.

  • Is the apartment walkable?

    Totally. We’re trailside and within walking distance to coffee, groceries, shops, and the west side’s best local spots.

  • Can I work remotely here?

    Yes! Fast, reliable WiFi in both units. The Upstairs Loft even has a dedicated office space.

  • How do I apply?

  • Is there parking?

    Yes—one off-street parking space is included with each unit and you have ample free 24-hour public parking available right across the street for additional vehicles.

  • Can I have guests over?

    Of course. Occasional overnight guests are welcome—just no additional full-time residents, please.

  • What about winter prep?

    Both units are winter-ready with snow plowing included. We’ll also give you a local’s guide to staying cozy and safe in Bozeman winters.
